SW WIND 30 TO 40 KT. COMBINED SEAS 18 FT DOMINANT PERIOD 12 SECONDS.

A helicopter ride might be the only way to get there...

Of course, getting to the helicopter could be a problem...

Had planned to head down tomorrow...

I would have brought boards despite the odds...

But a friend's report of water up to the hood...

Gave me pause...

Almost as much as the weekend's forecast...

Sometimes timing is everything.
