S WIND 10 TO 15 KT...RISING TO 20 TO 25 KT. WIND WAVES 5 FT. W SWELL 13 FT AT 14 SECONDS.
It's not perfect...
But it's looking pretty solid...
I can think of a few places that will be working...
On a lucky 13...
Better put the board in the car...
