SW WIND 15 TO 20 KT WITH A FEW GUSTS TO 25 KT EARLY. WINDS EASE TO 10 TO 15 KT BY AFTERNOON. WIND WAVES 2 FT. W SWELL 5 FTAT 9 SECONDS. DROPPING TO W SWELL 4 FT AT 9 SECONDS.

Sometimes I wonder what people are thinking...

Hilarious - believe I saw that guy zooming up and down the beach at PC a few weeks back - part of a pack of Euroriders touring the states apparently.

He shoulda had on the PFD the hellmen surfers were wearing just for the added flaver.
