NE WIND 10 TO 15 KT. WIND WAVES 2 FT. W SWELL 6 FT AT 11 SECONDS.
I looked into my super powerful telescope and decided I'd go surfing...
Not because I saw any waves...
There's a goddamn mountain range in the way...
Just because.
