S WIND 15 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS TO 25 KT...RISING TO 30 TO 35 KT WITH GUSTS TO 40 KT IN THE AFTERNOON. COMBINED SEAS 13 FT DOMINANT PERIOD 11 SECONDS.
