Search For Surf

N WIND 10 TO 15 KT...RISING TO 15 TO 20 KT. WIND WAVES 2 FT...BUILDING TO 4 FT. W SWELL 5 FT AT 8 SECONDS.
Looking for some surf tomorrow before the wind starts nuking out of the north...
Even then, there's always a certain SW facing cove that blows offshore with north winds...

There may not be waves in Iowa, but in 1966 I watched The Endless Summer at the Englert Theater in Iowa City, IA. From that day I dreamed of waves in Iowa. Many moons have since passed and gone; 17 years of which were spent surfing in Seaside, OR; soon to return...
