S WIND 20 TO 25 KT...BECOMING SW 10 TO 15 KT BY THE AFTERNOON. WIND WAVES 5 FT...SUBSIDING TO 2 FT. W SWELL 7 FT AT 15 SECONDS.

I don't know...
Seems so much more...

i thought i heard once a good duck dive was as a good as a riding a wave. dunno bout that, but a good duck dive, really when needed, sure is satisfying.
