NE WIND 10 TO 15 KT. WIND WAVES 2 FT. W SWELL 9 FT AT 12 SECONDS.
After heavy rains, the darnedest things wash up...
I actually had a cow float by me once at a south coast rivermouth break once...
It was unpleasant and unnerving.
