greetings!
I believe this is Jamie McLaughlin who used to surf at Newport beach in the 60's..
this photo was taken at Honalua Bay in 69' I think.
I remember seeing it and basically blowing my mind..would have loved to have seen what happened a second or two after that shot was taken.
