Wind Swing

SE WIND 10 TO 15 KT. WIND WAVES 2 FT. W SWELL 7 FT AT 10 SECONDS.
Friday was a shutout surfwise...I could have gotten wet, but the frustration would surely have outweighed the satisfaction... conditions look much more promising this morning. The wind is supposed to do a complete 180 today...going from SE to NW, which isn't typical...well actually, it's the very presence of the 'E' that's atypical of late...in any case, time to scramble before it swings onshore.

Very cool site.
Nice blend of links to choose from music, art and surfing.

Yep. These months the wind models are your best friend at 5am.

Those NOAA guys I'll tell you. Wind never clocked to the North or the NE for that matter and stayed S-SE-SW until dark. Really it makes things easier for me as there is only one place I really go for those conditions especially for an afternoon session and when I'm limited on time.
