Stalagmite

N WIND 5 TO 10 KT...BACKING TO NW IN THE AFTERNOON. WIND WAVES 1 FOOT. W SWELL 8 FT AT 11 SECONDS.
Today's cryptic to non-existent reports indicate less than ideal swells out there...although a few seem to have found a bump or two.
Hoping the relatively light winds and finally a little less swell will all come together to provide some options for tomorrow's go out.

Surfed the last 2 days yesterday eve & this morning. Clean well shaped about head high, but not complaining at all. Scored a popular north coast spot this morn I never surf or hardly check for that matter. Surprisingly very fun and rippable! Low tide grinders that allowed for multiple turns and maybe a cover up if in the right place (I wasn't). First time I've rode my fish shape in months. My dry spell is over! Heading back Fri-Sun and wonder if this was one of those times or a legitimate sand bar? I imagine Doc got waves too.
